10.00.  Report by Mr. Mateo Maciá, member of the SPP/ICA International Committee, on the annual meeting held in Bonn.

11.00. Coffee break

11.30. Creation of an International Professional Association of Parliamentary Archivists and its incorporation in the International Council on Archives.

12.00. Creation of a web site and web log for the current archives of parliaments and political parties that make up the Spanish Section of the SPP/ICA.

14.30. Lunch

16.30. Updating of the Regulations on the Archives of Parliaments and Political Parties, integrating the Document Management System (both paper and electronic format) and the Appraisal and Expurgation Commission. The current situation and future actions.

19.00. Closure
